After years of exploring how people adapt to change, I became a psychologist and a life coach with CBT approach. Living with a disability and chronic pain has shaped my perspective on what it truly means to navigate a life that doesn't always go as planned.

When physical or emotional capacity has hard limits, managing time, energy, and resources is a vital necessity.
This reality naturally defined my professional interests in adaptology, crisis management, mood and anxiety disorders.
